There is off street parking & a nice garden & we are in a lovely village which has good amenities: Drs, shop, riding, gym, chip shop, leisure centre. It is lovely & peaceful but with great road links.

Price includes all bills & wifi.

You would be sharing with our family of 4. The kids are 10 & 12 & are pretty good. They are at school, I am currently studying as well as working part-time. My husband is out at work during the week. The kids go to bed at a sensible time & are respectful of other people.

We have had lodgers for around 5 years now, so we are all used to sharing our home.

The house is clean & mainly tidy, but it is a family home!

We have 2 dogs who are friendly, well behaved & walked regularly!

20mins to Coventry / Rugby / Kenilworth / Leamington.

Great motorway links.

15 mins to Warwick Uni & Cov University Hospital, Walsgrave
10mins to Coventry airport.

Bus every 30 mins to Coventry / Rugby.
Also to Kenilworth (less often)
