I am a professional female seeking someone to share my home. The house has been completely renovated top to bottom to a very high standard and is modern in design.

I am open to both full and part time lets.

The house has sky and wireless throughout with a TV point in the room (wall hung)
The room has 2 (double) wardrobes and a king size ottoman bed with wooden blinds on the window.

The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 spare (dressing!) room, bathroom with bath and shower, open plan lounge, dining, kitchen, utility room, downstairs toilet and an office/spare room. There is a single door and French doors leading to the garden where there is a large outdoor dining table, rattan sofas, chiminea and BBQ.

The village of Wolston has a pharmacy, post office, doctors, 2 pubs, a sandwich shop, chip shop and a hairdressers.

There are local transport links and easy access to the A45, A46, M1, M40 and M6.

I am a young female seeking someone to share my home, ideally with a good sense of humour and likes to socialise occasionally. I work solidly Monday to Friday and am often quite busy at the weekends.

My interests and hobbies include skiing, F1, gym, socialising, watching the rugby and holidays!

I take pride in my home so someone who is happy to equally share the housework is desired.
