Stylish double room in an elegant Victorian House.
The room is equipped with a comfortable double bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinet, tub chair, chest of drawers, ariel point for a TV. All rooms
have been freshly redecorated with modern soft contemporary furnishings.
There is a large spacious bathroom on the 1st floor, with a walk in shower and bath, plenty of storage for toiletries and linens. (this is a shared facility)
There is a large spacious kitchen with breakfast bar on the ground floor, with a seperate room with a washer & dryer, also and extra toilet and small sink.
There is a separate new decorated dining room, with contemporary furniture for a relaxed dining experience after a long day.

All rooms are fully central heated.

Our rooms are not for everyone unfortunately we cannot accept DSS or Students, we are willing to accept graduates. Our rooms would suit Professional working persons.
No pets allowed
No sharing couples.

There is a small Tesco convenient shop about 8 minute walk, with a Jenkins bakery next door selling teas, coffees & savouries. Great for all your convenience - Also has parking

It is a 2 minute walk to Briton Ferry train station and 5 minute drive to
theA48 - Jct 42 M4 ideal if working in Port Talbot / Swansea /Neath
There is a bus stop 5 minutes from the property, you can go either to Neath or to Swansea.

Neath Port Talbot hospital is a 15 minute drive away. Also the Port Talbot steelworks.

Swansea is a 15 minute drive away, convenient for accessing the new Swansea University, Campus, the beautiful beaches on the Gower Peninsula, Mumbles and Swansea city centre.

The world-class mountain bike centre at Afan Forest in Port Talbot is a few minutes drive away. It’s popular with avid mountain bikes and recreational cyclists as there are various tracks to suit different abilities.
