Single room in large house.

I have a single room available to rent in my house. It has a small walk in cupboard and a single bed, although the bed is not brilliant. can be paid as £70 a week or £300 a month. whichever is easier for you.

There's a small toilet next to it, but tenant will also get full use of downstairs family size bathroom with shower and corner bath.
Looking fot someone who is clean and tidy, and will always clean up their own mess behind them. Smokers will need to smoke outside.

All bills are included. The house also has broadband.

The rent is always in advance, so first payment would be when you move in. A deposit of 300 required as I have been let down too many times when people leave and don't pay the last payment. this payment would cover your last month when you move out.
