Fully furnished double room in my house in Clydach, £75 per week, including bills. I'm pretty flexible though. The house is in Craig Cefn Parc in Clydach, close to the shops, right on the bus route to town, the university, the stadium and the hospitals. Easy access to M4 (J45). The house is pretty quiet as is the village, nice private back garden area etc. There is plenty of parking on the drive available.
The house has freeview and catch up tv, Wifi, landline, washing machine, tumble dryer, no pets, central heating. I'm 33, I work full time which inc. weekends. I'm easy going and laid back, not a clean freak or a slob, not an all out party animal or a hermit… a general happy medium. if you want to call to ask me about the house please do..
