Room for rent in Gowerton

The room for rent.

Room mate needed in Gowerton, room available will fit a double bed, large wardrobe already in place along with a large cupboard, other than this the room is empty.

Large shared kitchen and lounge, shower over bath. Rent is inclusive of water rates and broadband no other bills included.

I have just finished a post graduate degree and am currently in part time employment whilst looking for a full time career worthy job...

I have said yes to having pets, I have tropical fish and a hamster which is well looked after and kept in my room ( fish are in the lounge).

Preferable looking for a tidy/clean housemate, no prejudice towards age/gender as long as the house isn't likely to get trashed and my possessions damaged etc, likewise I like to clean up after myself and keep the house in a good state of repair.

The room is available from the end of the week (ad posted on the 4/03/13). If you are interested don't hesitate to ask any questions, I prefer texting/emailing as I'm not always available to speak on the phone.

The landlord will require some sort of contractual agreement just for piece of mind.
