For this though you get a whole floor with an additional kitchenette, shower room, WC (basically a flat).
Also your own door to the garden, drive etc.
The house has been risk assessed by the Fire Service with smoke alarms strategically fitted. I am a HSE Manager so rest assured you won't be moving into a disaster zone. That said, my work doesn't come home with me.

Llanelli is easily got to by car, bus or bike (cycle path). The bus stop is outside my neighbour's front door and the bus goes to both Swansea and Llanelli.
