Hi,
This is a attic room in 4 bedrooms family house sit in heart of Killay.
near surgery, library local shops and bus stop.
This attic room has a double bed, mattress, W. C, desk, wardrobe space. .
Fully equipment kitchen and storage space for you.
Ideally a mature female student or full time employed.
I work from home most of the time., so i would be home day and night.
preferably, the ideal lodger would need to be out of the house day time and No party, no loud music. No guest stayed overnight. (no exception )

My children stay with me half of the time. but majorly of time, it's quiet house..
