Beach life

Hello ,
I'm close to all transport links and m4 .
2 minutes from the beach front and restaurant.
Looking for Clean , polite, well manner person, wanted to share this lovely home.
Must Like animals as small dog and cat live here.
All bills are included within the rent.
There cleaner that comes , does offer ironing services, .
Food and hygiene products are down to you to buy.
It's environmental friendly house so ask to recycle where need be ,and rubbish goes out every Monday evening.

Garden at side of the house for uses of tenants.
