THE ROOM IS NEWLY FURNISHED, WE WILL SHARE THE KITCHEN AND LOUNGE, THERE IS A GARAGE BUT I ONLY USE THAT FOR STORAGE, IT HAS A FRIDGE FREEZER IN THERE FOR YOUR USE IF YOU PREFER, THERE IS SKY TV AND BROADBAND, A SMALL GARDEN, AND ALSO PARKING IN A QUIET STREET.
