I am looking for a easy going laid back fun person to rent my spare room who is also clean and tidy likes a chat now and again but also enjoy there own private time and space the house has almost been completely re done in the last year so pritty much everything is new all bills are included but u will have to buy your own food there is off street parking and the kitchen and bathroom are shared but you will have your own fully furnished lounge if there is any more you would like to no about the place let me no txt or email instead of calling due to my job
