The room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, drawers, and has the boiler cupboard which can be used for extra storage.

The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of cupboard space, a fridge/freezer, a dining table, and my TV which you are free to use :) It also has a large stack of shelves which can be used for your personal bit and pieces!

The balcony is huge! It overlooks Swansea city and the Mumbles. I do love gardening so I have plants on it, if you also love gardening or don't mind plants then amazing!

About me- I am a 27 year old professional video editor. I work from home 24/7. I am a gamer so enjoy chatting with friends online! I love to socialise but also need my own space so someone similar is perfect. I am looking for a new friend and someone to cook, have movie nights with etc.

**My current roommate has been amazing but she is now purchasing a house so will be moving out soon. She doesn't have any dates set in stone yet but we presume the flat will roughly be available from the 26th July (when the rent is paid) or a bit later. I'm just trying to guage who is around so there's no rush in finding someone. DATE MAY CHANGE!!**
