Super House to share with one other

I am looking for someone who will enjoy living in this house with me. It would be an advantage if that person is well organised and into sport and keeping fit and would not mind going for runs etc with me. Also since I am a student of both Spanish and French it would be great to find someone who speaks either so that would help my conversation and I could help him/her with English. It is not a typical student house. It is well furnished and equipped and has a view of the sea. It is important that the person is mature and will respect the place. It would suit a post grad student, a Doctor or someone in employment or a student who can fit the above. I am not post grad but am trying to get my life organised. I am easy to get on with and have a sence of humour. I hope that all this does not put you off! It is a great little house and anyone would be lucky to stay here. The downstairs is all communal and very comfortable with TV. Bathroom very well equipped as is the kitchen.
