Fully furnished double room available in Swansea

The double room

I am a 40 year old male living with my wife and child in the main bedroom. A Swansea University student aged 26 has been renting the single bedroom for the past year. There is 1 bedroom available. It is a fully furnished double room. We are all quiet, including the child. The house is kept clean. The house is quite spacious. There is a large living room and a good sized kitchen. I am British, my wife is Chinese and fluent in Japanese, Chinese and English. She is also a fantastic cook and you could join us for dinner for a little extra rent. She is also a qualified nail artist and teacher of Chinese and Japanese. I am a qualified teacher of English as a foreign language. The student living with us is from Bulgaria. We have a loft that can be used for storage. We have a garage and street parking available although the garage is currently being rented out.
