Double Room to let in centrally located house

Hi,

We have two double rooms available; one is a lovely, cosy attic room, available from 7th April. The other is a large, quiet room at the back of the house. Both are fully furnished (includes wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinet, desk, bed, chair and mattress)

We are located on King Edward road - 10-15 mins walk to uplands, city center, university or hospital with shops and pubs locally.

We are a sociable, friendly bunch of working professionals who enjoy playing board games, watching TV and going out to pubs and restaurants together. Our ideal new housemates would be a like minded young professional or PHD student. We will consider undergraduates based on your circumstances.

There is practically nothing you would need to buy when moving here, we have it all! All the furniture provided: a 42" TV and bluray player, Nintendo Wii, lots of DVDS and board games. Plenty of gadgets in the kitchen too, including a coffee machine, slow cooker, washer/dryer mixing bowls, blenders, etc.

Rent is £300/ month. This includes water rates and council tax. The other bills (gas, electric & internet) total £26/month when the house is fully occupied.

The landlord is excellent - friendly, approachable, flexible with contracts and will happily work around you regarding rent payment dates.
