Quiet area. With ample street parking, and no trouble from neighbors.

Access to M4/ and Swansea city centre within 5 minutes.

Fully furnished/equipped, kitchen, with washing machine and all other gadgets. Beautiful south facing back garden, in the sun all day. With washing line (if we get any sun!) and garden furniture.

Shared lounge/ dining room. With comfy sofas. And digital tv. (no sky or broadband sorry, but I'm happy for it to be fitted, you will have to pay for it)

All I ask for in a lodger/tennant, is that you pay your rent, your clean, tidy and respect my home.
