Double room to let in a new 3 bedroom detached house. Room comes furnished with double bed, side table and chest of drawers.
Access to your own bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Shared access to the kitted out kitchen and dining area.

I work Mon - Fri all week and am only home on average 3 nights per week so would get the run of the lounge etc. when not there.
When I am there I tend to monopolise the tv with sport, shows & movies.

I have a dog who is very friendly and likely to lick you to death, but she doesn't have access to the upstairs (at all).

Looking for somebody clean and tidy, who will keep the room in good condition and assist in maintining the cleanliness of the shared areas.
