I have a room to let in my large, four storey, newly refurbished 5 bed House. The room is £65 per week (which comes to £282 per month), excluding bills. The room would be suitable for a students or professional.

The house is located on Norfolk Street, within easy reach of the University of Wales Trinity Saint David Swansea Campus (formerly Swansea Metropolitan University) and the City Centre.

The room is private and well furnished, with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is also plenty of space under the bed for extra storage. The rest of the house is shared. There are two kitchens, so everyone has their own cupboard for food and there is plenty of space to cook, and 2 bathrooms. The lounge is very comfortable, with large sofas big enough for everyone to enjoy and there is a back garden with a decked area.

The house has everything you would ever need - high speed broadband, central heating, double glazing, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
