Room For Rent

I've recently moved in to a 2 bed flat and am looking for someone to come share it with me. It's situated in a quiet, secure location less than a 5 minute walk to the city centre. It has several garden and communal areas within the grounds, an on site caretaker and 24 hour CCTV. With a secure entry system to gain access to the building, it also has secure underground car parking if needed for an additional cost of £10 per week. There is plenty of on site parking available at no extra cost. Also included is full use of an on site launderette if preferred over my own washing machine. All usual amenities like wifi, Netflix, NowTV movies, 42 inch smart tv with bluray surround sound home theatre system and so on all included. I only have a basic tv package as tv as it's being broadcast doesn't interest me that much. Would be happy to upgrade if you wanted, but I'd ask you to pay the additional cost as I would for any calls you made on the landline.

The available room currently has a single bed, but you could change it to a double if you wished. All of the rooms are quite large, but as I haven't been here long I am still in the process of furnishing and decorating.

Unfortunately, I'm not allowed dogs here, I already have two cats and because of personal beliefs I wouldn't allow caged animals so sorry, but no pets. Being 4. 20 friendly, smokers are welcome.
