This Smart Double bedroom is available immediately.....

The room is in a modern new house in Cockett, with ample parking in a quiet road.

The room is furnished with quality furniture, double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobes, bed side table and space for a TV (not provided)

Bed linen, and towels are also available if required.
The En-suit has a shower, sink and toilet, and would only be used by you.

The house is shared with my self, (live in land lord)
There is a large lounge/diner with comfortable sofas and dining table/ chairs. French doors open on to a beautiful south facing back garden with a washing line, and garden furniture .
The kitchen is well equipped, Fridge freezer, micro, washing machine, dish washer, and all the cooking equipment you could need. You'll have your own cupboards to store food etc.

House hold chores are done my self. you are responsible for cleaning your room & bathroom.

I'm a non smoker, and would prefer a non smoker to share with, BUT I'm willing to compromise. If you do smoke, you would be expected to go out side. and also to empty your own ash tray!

I do have a small, sweet & friendly dog, that lives at my parents house, Occasionally she may come to stay the weekend. This happens rarely.

Ideally I'd like someone close to my age to share with, but I have successfully shared with 20 year olds and 50 year olds. Gender doesn't bother me, so don't rule your self out :-D

I'm looking for a professional our mature student to share with. My days of partying and late nights are well gone, but I do still like to go and socialise with my friends. I work full time
shifts over 7 days, and like my down time to relax. I do have a horse, & i'm out with him a lot.
