We have two rooms, they're in a house. Check it.

We have two rooms to rent in a relaxed, clean and homely house. The two rooms are decent sized and the property is in good condition.

The house is a great location, just five-ten minutes walk from the town centre and equidistant from the main areas for going out in Swansea. Also close to the train station and bus station, as well as the beach. It's up a little hill, but thats good for the fitness and one of the rooms almost has a sea view.

We have a decent shower, two toilets, some comfy couches and a pretty good sized box to stare at mindlessly for hours. On the box we have the Sky Plus thingy, it's tremendous. Internet is also present. I think there is a wii.

We have an outdoor area where you hang washing and burn food on the BBQ but we live in wales so the chances of that happening any time soon are seriously slim. We kinda wanna use the heating system in winter too, nobody wants to be cold.

Basically we're a pretty awesome house. If you're not awesome, don't apply. If you're grumpy or bringing aggro, then we're also not keen on your company. All applicants must also enjoy copious amounts of pizza.
