One room with a double bed has unexpectedly come available until the end of the academic year in my lovely, clean, tidy, recently refurbished 6-bed, 4-storey townhouse available from 1st September, in a great location, just off Walter Road. The town centre is 5mins walk, and Swansea Uni is 20mins walk.

The basement was converted into a lounge last year and looks amazing. There is a full bathroom (with bath) and a separate loo and shower room which has also just been refurbished. The utility room has a washer and dryer. Kitchen has all mod cons, brand new oven, two fridge freezers, and loads of cupboard space.

New carpets in communal areas were fitted in August 2012, and new carpets were laid in the bedrooms this summer, and the kitchen has had an upgrade, new washer dryer in May 2014.

You have access to off-street parking too as there is a side gate which leads to the back yard.

You'll be sharing with 2 boys, 3 girls studying in their third year at Swansea University.

The house has the biggest bandwidth broadband (120mb) currently available.

The one remaining room is 250pcm, exclusive of bills (gas, elec, water, broadband)
