Hi,
My housemate will be leaving towards the end of this month and I am trying to fill his room. The flat is an agency let in swansea marina with sea views from the living room.
The flat is fully furnished with a large communal living room/dining room.
The room available is a double room with ensuite and fully funrished including bed, 2 bed side cabinets, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Its a lovely flat and I am hoping to be able to stay living here. Everything is set up to go such as tv licence, broadband, gas and elec. On aveage all the household bills come in a little over £100 each... thats including council tax.
