Room available in shared 3 bedroom house st thomas

Housemate required, one room available in a shared 3 bedroom house.

House is in a very convenient location with our own driveway, if you do not drive there are local bus stops if you wished ,but Swansea town is only a short walk away.

The house has 3 bathrooms, shared living room, off road parking, and a garage.
We are pretty much already furnished with sofas and living room, all kitchen appliances, we have a separate utility room with washer and separate drier.

The bedroom itself is mostly bare, there is a wardrobe but no bed so you will require one, the room comes with plenty of external storage space the same size as the room itself which is located next too the room.

Potential housemate must be clean, tidy and sensible, this is not a student house!, This is our home! We both work full time in the automotive field and we keep the shared living room very clean.

This is £230 a month and a £200 bond will be required(this bond can be flexible, but some amount of bond will be required for security)

As far as bills go we are on a pay as you go meter which is not bad at all and keeps everything fair, we have recently fitted a new boiler which has reduced our gas costs considerably.
