Large double room near city centre

Hello! My name is Cat and I've recently bought my own house near Swansea City centre and am looking to share it with one or more professionals around the same age group as me. The room is a large double room and my friend and I occupy the other two rooms. I am a 25 year old professional female who loves keeping fit and socialising with friends in my spare time. I am outgoing and easy to get on with and am hoping to find a housemate that will be respectful of the house and make sure it is kept reasonably clean and tidy.
