Double bedroom available in lovely clean shared home, looking for a professional or post-grad pls in Vegan/Vegi only house. 3 small cats live here so you’ll need to be an animal lover.

The house is in a good location on a quiet street- 5 minutes walk from town, the station and shops. Its 15 mins walk over the hill to Uplands bars/restaurants etc and easy to get straight on to main roads for commuting. If you drive there is free parking behind the house.

We are 2 housemates in our 40’s, one being me the live in landlord. The house is cosy, tastefully decorated and a proper home, as opposed to just a rented space. This property suits someone who is tidy and happy to do their share.

We work locally and in our spare time like to travel, cycle, go to the beach, play music, eat out, go to gigs, enjoy nature etc.

The room has a double bed with built in storage. We keep everything tidy and clean in communal areas and there is a comfortable and cosy living/dining room. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils provided and a washing machine. The bathroom has a bath and shower. Outside there is a nice yard and raised patio area.
