I am looking for quiet and considerate professional person with a mature outlook who is seeking a place in a calm and settled environment.
I have a double bedroom, with a double size bed & fitted wardrobes, to let in a warm & cozy traditional terraced house.
The bedroom is bright with adequate storage space. Bedding and bed linen can be provided for a supplementary cost.
The house is in a quiet cul de sac, 5 minutes walk to the centre of town, 20 minutes walk to Swansea University Singleton campus and 200 yards to the beach.
Preference would be to have a lodger who does work 09.00 - 17.00 Mon - Fri and not from home.
