Two bathrooms, washing machine, well-equipped kitchen (I often make a 'family' Sunday lunch for friends if you'd like to join in!)

Must be pleasant, clean, quiet and fun (no moaners, princesses, druggies, drunks or drama queens please!). Most important is that you are trustworthy, pay on time, know how to smile, put the dishes away, change a toilet roll, clean the bath after yourself, do your own washing up and have a sense of humour! Smoking is ok as long as it's outside.
