Lovely house in Mumbles , close to the Langland beach and next to Underhill park. Looking for chilled out professionals/ students . Could be hospital workers etc. Parking behind the house. There is a new kitchen and bathroom (just recently finished). I am easy going and keep myself to myself. This isn't really a party house however dinner parties are fine.
