The house has all the facilities you would expect and the rent includes bills and tinternet. Oakland Road in Mumbles is a stones throw from the Mumbles road and only 10 mins drive from Swansea University and Singleton hospital so would be perfect for anyone working in either venue. If you work farther afield Swansea centre is only 15mins drive or a 50min walk along the sweep of Swansea bay. The house is only a 5 min walk from Langland Bay so is ideal for those who like to spend their leisure time at the beach. Plenty of room to store surfboards, bikes or outdoor equipment for those who have an adventurous pastime.
All the rooms in the house are bright and cheerful with high ceilings and are fully furnished. The attic room has views over the bay and Oystermouth castle. Two friends looking to live together would be ideal but I am happy to let the rooms individually. The house currently has two tennants, a lovely 27yr old female physiotherapist and a female artist.
I am happy to be flexible about lengths of rent rather than have anyone tied in to the usual 6/12m terms as we would rather have the right person/people in the house than the first to come along with a deposit.
