House is located in a quiet and elevated position just off the main road and less than 5 minutes away from Junction 45 of the M4. Easy access to Morriston Hospital, DVLA and Morriston/Llansamlet areas. The house is also located just off the main bus route to Morriston and Swansea city centre.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. Washing machine also available.

There is also off street parking available in front of the properties garage.

The garden is currently being renovated by myself and is close to completion. It will be finished by early November to include a brand new patio area for sitting, artificial grass and a fully enclosed wooden fence.

There are several bus stops close to the property with easy access to the city centre via public transport.

ABOUT ME
My name is Simon, I'm 25 and I am a graphic designer who works from home 3-5 days a week. I currently have a double bedroom available in the Ynystawe, Swansea, SA6 6TH area. I regularly enjoy cooking and I am quite house proud so there is no need to worry about myself being untidy. I enjoy the outdoors, sports and quiet nights in with a film!

I also have a young 5 month old Chorkie (Chihuahua / Yorkshire terrier) puppy that is no hassle at all and is very affectionate and loving!

WHAT IM LOOKING FOR
I am looking for someone who is going to be friendly & tidy.

I would be looking for £400 pcm to be paid on the 1st of every month which would cover rent, utilities, Sky TV & internet. I am happy to be flexible with the length of the lease depending on your circumstances. There would also be a deposit required of £400.
