3 bedroom semi detached house in Ystalyfera with large garden, off road parking, hour from Brecon Beacons, Valleys walks, Schools, supermarket, restaurants, live music pubs, Rugby clubs, good bus service to Brecon or Swansea and on to Gower, I am originally from Swansea, I have been contracting engineering teaching later, staying in Spare rooms and Airbnbs settled in a local job in Swansea, planning to retire, travel and leave my house with a trustworthy house mate, whatever needs sorting in house I will do it, my family is grown up and left Swansea, its an old house with thick walls, low doors, new central gas heating, large new kitchen and bathroom shower room currently working on sloping garden, and eventually a garage im old but chilled. housemate must be working.
