This is a newly built 3 bed room house and i moved in here 3 months back and loving this place.
A very calm and pleasant area and surrounded by fields.
I am working as software professional in one of bank in Edinburgh.
I have a double room available in my house which is unfurnished right now but can be furnished based on a discussion and agreement.
The house is a 3 bed room and have 2 bathroom, one bathroom is included with shower and other one is in ground floor which is only for toilet.
This is available right away with a 10-15 days of notice for move in so that i can arrange the furniture.
The rent is excluding the bills and council tax.
I keep the house very tidy and clean and hope the same from my tenant.
