Livingston north train station 1.2 mile walk. Suitable for Livingston workers as good bus links also. The property has a private garden to the rear which is very enjoyable/peaceful in summer.

Someone who works sociable hours would be desirable for the current house dynamics. Must be able to speak reasonable English as communication is key in any environment.
