The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with the provision of ample off-street parking at the front. Good cooking facilities, washing and drying facilities are provided.

The room with single bed including under bed storage offers a reasonably nice view of trees and hills in the distance. Includes a wall mounted 40" Widescreen TV with SKY Q, leather easy chair recliner, chest of draws, double fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

The main shopping centre and bus services are close by. The house is two minute's walk from a local SPAR and five minutes from a main MORRISONS supermarket with restaurant.

Kitchen includes an excellent range cooker with 6 burner hob, a grill and 2 ovens. There is also a dishwasher. Food storage is available including cupboard, fridge and freezer space. A table and chairs offers practical space for eating or simply using for other occasional uses. There are ample electrical sockets in the bedrooms, kitchen and utility room. There is a washing machine and separate vented clothes dryer in the utility room. Ultra high-speed Wi-Fi (Up to 200Mbs) is provided. There is a top of the range Mira Electric Shower over the bath (Sport Max 10.5 kW with good water pressure). A combi boiler provides constant hot water at all times.

Consumables such as tea, coffee, milk, kitchen towel, washing machine and dishwasher tabs, liquid soap and toilet roll are provided. Bath towels are also available if required.
