2 Lovely Large Double Rooms In Heart Of Livingston

I have 2 double rooms available in the heart of Livingston.

Room 1 - main bedroom. Large room with double bed and large wardrobe and TV unit.

Room 2 - smaller room with single bed in it just now, but it can hold a double bed. Furnished with drawers and hanging rail.

There is a living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower, as well as a back and front garden.

The house is within walking distance of McArthur Glen (5-6minutes depending how fast you walk), restaurants and cinema. There is local transport (bus stop to Edinburgh at the bottom of the street), local library and a park which is about 2 minutes from my house. There is also plenty of parking should you need it.

I'm looking for respectful tenants who will treat the place as a 'home' and not just a place to crash. Somebody who is respectful of others and knows how to clean up after themselves.

Current tenant is a teacher doing her probationary year in a local school. She is due to leave at the end of June.

References and deposit will be required.
