Looking for flatmate (March 2015)

Looking for a flatmate as covering the rent by myself is a burden but don't wish to leave as the property is very nice.

The flat hasn't been fully furnished yet, got the living room pretty sorted and my bedroom.
Will be done ASAP when someone moves in with money available.
Haven't got a bed for either of the spare rooms but can work out something with whoever is interested.

There's a "pink" room and a "neutral" room, choose which you fancy. Both have LARGE wardrobes.

There's a good amount of storage space in the flat.

Planning on keeping the remaining spare room as a guest room.

As for me, I work Monday to Friday 9-5, other than that i usually can be found chilling. I sometimes work from home, so i have a corner of the living room as my "work area".

I am relatively clean, especially when living with other people, any mess i make will be kept to my room.

Shopping wise, this is heaven with "The Centre" within 5-10min walking distance.
