Double room for rent close to Warwick Uni / A45
Hi,
I have a double room for rent in Allesley Village. The cost is 300 per calendar month inclusive of all bills with high speed fibre optic broadband.
I work full time Monday to Friday so that keeps me very busy. I can also cook to a good standard so wouldn't mind sharing food costs but equally happy to keep this seperate if preferred.
Due to past experience I would prefer a female roommate. I keep the place extremely clean and tidy and would expect the same from you.
