Our house has 5 bedrooms, each with their own run of kitchen units and a sink. The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. The five rooms share two bathrooms, one with a bath, and the other with a shower. The room available is on the ground floor. It has a window looking in to the back yard. The other tenants in this house have lived there for several years, and we expect them to be quiet and respectful to each other. This is the first room we have had available for over two years. There is no communal area as such, so this will suit someone who wants to live in a quiet house and just go about their own life. It would ideally suit a mature working person.
