One Double Bed In 3 Bedroom House

We are 2 friendly professionals looking for a lodger or long term stay guest. We are professional in accounting and a doctor in battery industry at well established firms. Both very friendly and clean, most importantly quiet when others are resting. We like football, board game, cycling, badminton, table tennis, movie and tourism.

We are looking for like minded professional (or very matured and considerate student) with similar hobby and personality to stay with us in this nice house situated in a safe and nice neighbourhood. You will share bathroom with one of us, there is allocated parking for you. Additional luggage can be stored in garage. You also have access to a lovely living room and garden. Morrison and shopping centre is 5 mins walk away.

there are 2 rooms available, but we only intend to let out one. The price is for double, but you can have the single for £395 if you prefer.

*P. S. if it is a short term stay for less than 3 months, the rent is £550 for the double room and £450 for the single room.
