Tennant can have sole use of a downstairs room which has a TV.
Non smoker a requirement. There is a small friendly dog here, who is not allowed upstairs.
Tea, coffee and milk is always available.
The house is quiet, so if you wish to study or just like peace and quiet it may suit you.
I would prefer Mon-Fri only, however will consider short term lets. Rent to be discussed on application.
