The house is just behind the cinema on Broad Street, so never more than a 10 min walk from anywhere. It is also 2 mins from five ways station, 5 mins from the Mailbox and 15 min walk from new street so great for commuters.

The house is spaced out over four floors so you never feel on top of each other - with lounge, fake grass throughout the hallways, two new bathrooms (one of which is painted in chalkboard so you can easily keep yourself occupied in there), house alarm, and kitchen with.

The room has huge double wardrobes, even capable of storing my mass of clothes, and a round bed!!

Includes all bills (except TV License as there is no TV).

A bit more about the area: it's a couple of minutes walk from a pure gym and the cineworld on broad Street, next to a 24 hour garage surrounded by communal gardens.

The current tenants are friendly, chatty and definitely not bedroom dwellers, while being respectful of others and are keen to find someone similar.

With regards to pets, dogs aren't allowed in the lease for the building, sorry.
