Hi!! There’s 4 of us looking for new tenants to move in with us on a 52 week contract at a beautiful Victorian house in Birmingham (balsall heath) that’s a 10 minute drive from university!!
We have two spaces open, and we’d love to find two people to welcome in with us! One of us has an assistance dog, and the amount of rent gets cheaper the more people you have and it’s such a good price.
Unfortunately we had two tenants drop out hence the ad!! We look forward to talking with you
