Why this room is available: I have finished my year at Aston Uni and I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy since I have no reason to be in Birmingham anymore.
The room cost is typically £149 a week but since I started my contract last year, its £128 a week. The contract will expire on the 12th August 2024.
