The house is double glazed throughout and has recently had a new roof. Easy going house-mates, who like to have fun and socialise, but also respect each others privacy.

Local shops are a short walk from the house. The house is located between the city centre and Solihull; 20 mins to city centre, 20 minutes to Solihull, close to Moseley. Bus stops are 50m from the house and Hall Green train station is 10 minutes walk.

Bills aren't included in the price, but are split evenly among the housemates. The bills are estimated as £110 per person per month.
