This is a very comfortable single room to let in our large 3-bed semi in Great Barr, Birmingham.

The bedroom is newly decorated and refurbished with good quality furniture and carpets.

The room is offered with sole use of the Lounge/Dining Room.

Clean bed linen and towels are included in the price and the house is in good clean decorative order throughout.

We are an easy going, active couple, both in full-time employment, no children.

The kitchen is shared and has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, gas cooker and microwave. There is a large shared bathroom with toilet, bath and seperate shower. In addition, there is a seperate toilet downstairs.

The house has wireless connection.

Off road parking is available and a bus service to the City Centre on the doorstep.

Excellent transport links into Birmingham City Centre (A34), Motorways - M6 (Junction 7), M5, and easy access to Walsall, West Bromwich, City Centre and Sutton Coldfield. Bus services include numbers 51, 52, 951, 952 and 28 (to Erdington). There is also a train station at Hamstead (2-3 miles away).

Local amenities include a Co-op Supermarket, Post Office, local pubs, Indian restaurant, Chinese take-away and Fish and Chip shop. The Alexander Stadium, which is situated very close by and will be used for training for the Olympics this summer, has a state of the art gym and running track. There is also a large park nearby.
