I have a lovely room to let out from 11th of September, 2015 in the city centre, just next to Park central - a very safe and good neighbourhood.
The apartment is in an excellent condition, heating is included so its very warm here in the winter. Both rooms have a separate shower and toilet (I am living in one room and I'm letting out the en-suite one). The balcony we have is AMAZING - its over 18 meters long - access from every room!
Kitchen has all needed supplies - microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, plates, cutlery etc.
Our landlord is very good - although there are hardly any problems with the apartment, he fixes them usually immediately.
