Kings Heath and Highbury park are on your doorstep and it is a ten minute walk to Kings Heath or 20 to Moseley Village. There is also a direct bus to the QE hospital and Birmingham University just a few minutes walk away. There is also off road parking available.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bed-side table, desk and chair. The house has wireless internet, washing machine, oven etc. There is a also a shared conservatory and a large back garden with a terrace, lawn and pond that is perfect for bbq's.

The bills are all included in the price, including council tax, internet and tv licence.
