Room Available near city centre, central library and new street, five ways

We are 1 Female and 1 male. We are looking for a housemate to share a rent in 4 rooms flat. The location has good connection to the city centre, busses run every 3-8 min and the journey to University College Birmingham, City Centre, Brass House or Central Library takes only 7-10 min. The bus stop is just next to our main door. Also have free car parking. The flat is on Dudley road (B18 4HB) near city hospital, Tesco, KFC, ASDA, McDonalds, Lidl, and other local shops.

The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, juicer, electric kettle and cooking utensils. We have one room to rent the room is fully furnished (table, chair, wardrobe, single bed). The flat has central heating and broadband connection.

The room is available to rent immediately. The rent for room is £69 a week.
