Double Ensuite available in Cadnam Halls

I have quit my course and am trying to find someone to take over my tenancy.

On offer is a large double bedroom with ensuite. The bedroom has a double bed with mattress protector, large desk, shelves, notice board, wardrobe, under the bed storage, foot stall - and there's still lots of space in the room.

The ensuite has a double shower, sink and toilet and toilet roll holder.

Shared kitchen and living area with TV. You have your own cupboard that can be locked, there's also an electric cooker and fan, oven, leather sofas, dinner table.

TV licence is paid for (unless you have one in your room), the rent includes all bills, there's also wifi.

There are 5 other flatmates, all female and so so lovely. They're not party animals or anything like that.

That accommodation block itself is in a quiet area and it's a 15 minute walk from the University of Birmingham

Would suit both undergraduate and postgraduate student. You also have the option of paying termly.
